Special Includes:

1. Up to 10 pages for your website.  This is only HTML web pages no database or Flash website or Flash web pages included. 
2. Domain name registration and hosting for ONE (1) year.  I.e. www.”YOURCOMPANY.COM.  This is the purchase of the basic domain ONLY, one that is available for purchase and registration under any of the top-level domain such as .com .net .biz, etc.  This domain, i.e. YOURCOMAPANY.COM can also be used for your professional email account, i.e. yourname@YOURCOMPANY.COM with the purchase of additional packages.  The purchase and registration of Premium Domains are not included with this package.  A Premium Domain is a more valuable and typical domain name because it’s based on common words or have been registered and used for a certain period of time and have a great traffic value.
3. Limited custom graphics and pictures for the WEBSITE DESIGN ONLY.  NOT to create a Work/Performance portfolio for their business.  The graphic, images and pictures created by JVV Technology will only be used for Design purposes only not to create or build your portfolio or a fictitious impression of your business.  For a basic html (non-flash) portfolio or testimonials you have to provide your own digital pictures, images or graphics.
4. Unique Custom Layout (layout is the blueprint of your website).  Your new website will be laid out in a custom manner and specifically designed for your business philosophy.
5. SEO (Search engine optimization) for 5 pages ONLY.  If you need SEO for more than 5 pages the regular fee will be apply.  Refer to your contract Appendix B for details on prices.
6. Search Engine Submission.  JVV Technology will submit your website to the most popular search engines and directories to improve your ranking and popularity.
7. Feedback form.  This is a Contact form for data input only.  The form will not collect files, pictures, images, videos or any other non-text data; simply for text input.  To collect Files, pictures, video or other information your website needs a Database to store that information.  Refer to our database information and prices in your contract Appendix A.
8. Flash banner if preferred. Animated website banner.  A multimedia application for a more sophisticated and attractive look for your website.  This is not a Flash introduction or Flash website or flash web page.  It is just a banner or heading for your home page.
9. You need to provide your own content.  If you need content created for your website and web pages JVV Technology has a Specialized Content Creation Team that can take care of that for you.  Prices are project based and range between $40 to $120 per page
10. 30% DISCOUNT LOGO DESIGN.  By taking advantage of our Ultimate Summer Special, you are already guaranteed a 30% discount of a LOGO Design package ($250 regular price).  That leaves you with only a $175 fee to walk out with a new Logo that will stand out among your competition.  You also get a digital copy for your own personal use.
11. 50%.  DISCOUNT MAINTENANCE FEE.  By taking advantage of this promotion you also get the opportunity to receive a 50% discount of any of JVV  Technology Website EMS (extended maintenance service).  For normal EMS prices refer to the contract Appendix B. With our ULTIMATE SUMMER SPECIAL your website receives 3 months of free LIMITED BASIC MAINTENANCE.  Limited Basic Maintenance includes links updates, minor changes to sentences or paragraphs. It does not include removing nearly all the text from a page and/or replacing it with new text.  If the client or an agent other than JVV technology attempts updating the client’s pages, time to repair web pages will be assessed at the hourly rate, and is not included as part of the updating or maintenance grace period or free service.  The three months limited basic maintenance commence upon the date the website is uploaded to the server.

· To provide you with the best package and service this promotional package is subject to change.  We will inform you of any changes that need to be made in order for us to meet and exceed your expectations since most of these major changes will also have an effect on the price of the total package.
· JVV Technology follows the most appropriate submission procedures established by search engines and open directories, as there are many factors that can and will affect the submission and are out of our control; therefore, we do not guarantee inclusion of your site in the search engines and directory listings.   If we believe that changes need to be made to your website and web pages to ensure appropriate submission we will inform you of such changes as they might also affect the total price of the package.  We operate a monthly submission verification process to ensure that your website gets listed where allowed, and resubmit it when necessary.

· Website submission is done through the“ADD” or“SUBMIT” features provided by such search engines and directories.  If you are looking for submission to paid directories or paid advertisement, which are common on search engines, contact us as this is considered a SEM (search engine marketing) campaign and prices vary according to the magnitude of such.
